About me
I'm Raj Manghani, a career coach for financial leaders who walks the path I help others navigate. My journey began as an international student who came to the US to pursue higher education at SMU in Dallas, TX, in the late 1980s, driven by ambition and the courage to build a life of purpose in a new country. After gaining advanced education from UC Berkeley and Stanford University, over the next 30 years, I climbed through progressive leadership roles in the financial services industry, developing expertise as a product and business manager, navigating C-suite dynamics and politics, while mastering the frameworks that drive successful careers and sound financial decisions.
In 2021, following a successful exit from my previous company, in a senior leadership role, and years of meticulous career and financial planning, I founded TopSeeds to pursue more meaningful work. My career transition gave me firsthand experience of the challenges and opportunities that come with significant career pivots—knowledge I now bring to every coaching relationship.
